Descrizione
Villa di design contemporaneo con piscina privata di acqua salata e terrazze vista mare sul golfo di Castellammare del Golfo, una delle mete più belle della Sicilia. Progettata con dettagli architettonici che esaltano luci e ombre, Villa Bizzarria è un gioiello geometrico dove il colore tenue dell'edificio è stato scelto per far risaltare il blu della piscina e il verde di Mont Inici alle sue spalle.
Dopo una giornata passata ad innamorarvi della Sicilia, scoprirete che di notte Villa Bizzarria è perfettamente illuminata e che la piscina, sapientemente costruita per mantenere la temperatura dell'acqua, renderà estremamente piacevole il vostro bagno di mezzanotte.
Villa Bizzarria è composta da due piani di appartamenti collegati tra loro da una scala esterna. Ogni piano ha la propria cucina attrezzata, un soggiorno con accesso a spazi esterni panoramici e tre camere da letto. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata e zanzariere. Troverete anche una moderna cucina all'aperto, completa di frigo e barbecue.
L'attico dell'edificio, completamente indipendente, è riservato dai proprietari, che lo utilizzano occasionalmente in alta stagione e spesso in agosto. Sono molto rispettosi della vostra privacy e non useranno la piscina né si affacceranno durante il vostro soggiorno. Il loro appartamento ha ingresso e parcheggio separati.
In termini di posizione, la villa non potrebbe essere meglio situata: a meno di 3 km da una spiaggia sabbiosa e da uno dei villaggi più pittoreschi della Sicilia e circondata da molte attrazioni da non perdere. Per citarne solo alcuni, il porto di Scopello, la paradisiaca spiaggia della Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, di San Vito Lo Capo e di Mondello, il Tempio di Segesta, le saline di Marsala e, naturalmente, Palermo, la splendida capitale, sono tutti a breve distanza in auto.
Grazie alla presenza del riscaldamento centralizzato e alla vicinanza con lo splendido borgo di Castellammare del Golfo, vivace tutto l'anno, la villa è ideale sia per una vacanza invernale che per una estiva. Nel complesso, Villa Bizzarria è una porta d'ingresso lussuosa per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia in Sicilia!
Piscina
La piscina privata di acqua salata è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, che possono utilizzarla dall'inizio di aprile alla fine di ottobre.
La piscina è in cemento ed è lunga 10 metri, larga 5,5 metri e profonda da 140 a 230 metri.
Un addetto alla piscina si occupa della sua manutenzione regolare, generalmente nel tardo pomeriggio.

Had a fantastic week with the whole family. Amazing villa and excellent hosts.
We were twelve people with three cars and I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. Highly recommend!
Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser Villa. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle. Eine tolle Außenanlage mit ausreichend großem Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank ????
Highly recommend the accommodation. Everything lived up to what was promised. It's great to have an outdoor kitchen. It was good that there was a refrigerator both inside and out. Good furniture and lighting that made the evenings outdoors magical.
In addition, the host Mirko was incredibly helpful with everything. Responded quickly to questions both before and during the stay. Provided great tips for excursions and restaurants.
I recommend everyone to rent a car at the airport for various excursions, when shopping, and more. Walking distance to town but hilly. We walked most of the time but took a taxi back after a restaurant visit on one occasion.
If I were to find something slightly negative, it felt unnecessary to be charged for pool towels when the accommodation is so expensive. In summary, a great week and a great place to stay!!!
My family party of 8 (all adults) had a wonderful week at the villa. The villa has a peaceful vibe and has amazing mountain views. All the administrative process was smooth and easy and Mirko and family were always available for guidance on the villa and amenities in the local community. Each couple in my family had an on-suite bedroom and the villa is large enough to provide personal space and a range of sharing family areas where we all spent much quality time together. The outdoor BBQ area and sitting by the salt water swimming pool were really special. The villa is walking distance to a range of shops and restaurants. Every meal we had was so good!! We hired two small cars which we used to visit local attractions like the nature reserve park, and the historical temple etc. The villa is an easy drive of 30 minutes or so from the airport. The villa was everything we wanted and I would recommend it.
HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting Castellmmare or western Sicily. My family of 11 had the best time in this house. Absolutely stunning resort like home with more than enough room for everyone. It was super clean with gorgeous views and a spectacular pool. It was like having 2 houses in one with both floors, I can't say enough good things!! We didn't want to leave, it's just so beautiful! Mirko and his parents are the nicest people ever, they made us feel so welcome and really took care of us! We had a slight issue and they went above and beyond to make everything work out perfectly! The house is also in a great location; the town is only an 8 minute drive, close supermarkets, beaches, and all the best food options right down the hill! For us it was very convienent to do day trips around Sicily. San Vito Lo Capo is less than an hour away! This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb experiences and if you're traveling with a large group don't miss the opportunity to stay here!! Grazie
A really nice villa with great amenities, great views and Very nice hosts. Great steak restaurant 5 mins walk and lots of good restaurants in the town. Easy walk into town. We got a taxi back to the villa most nights which was cheap and worked well when booked with a bit of notice. Very smart place overall and would recommend.
This villa was AMAZING! We had a group of 12 ranging from 2 years old to 80 years old. The space was perfect! Everything was so comfortable, clean and well thought out. The pool was perfect. There are 3 rooms downstairs each with their own bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom, two bedrooms have a bathroom between them and a bathroom in the main area. I recommend having a car so you can explore the area.
Vi har har hatt et fantastisk opphold i villaen. Stedet svarte så absolutt til forventningene. Stort fint hus, flott innredet, komfortabelt og med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Fint og stort uteområde med både utekjøkken og stort basseng, nydelig utsikt fra terrassen i 2. etasje. Rolig, privat og fint område. Verten, både foreldrene til Mirko og Mirko har vært svært imøtekommende og hjelpsomme og svarte raskt på spørsmål. Takk til Mirko og foreldrene hans for at de gjorde uken våres uforglemmelig. Anbefaler dette stedet på det sterkeste.
Excellent stay! Brand new house, very well equipped, with a spectacular view. Very close to shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) and also just a short drive from the Marina, the beach, and the historic center. Special mention to Mirko, who was extremely attentive and friendly. We loved it and will definitely come back.
Amazing stay with family and small children. The host is very accommodating and helped us with recommendations and bookings. The property is even more stunning than the photos, great new renovation and super clean. The views of the ocean/mountains are amazing and we walked into town every day. Highly recommend!
We (eight adults and three kids) had a wonderful time at the villa. Mirko is very kind and helpful, we were welcomed by his parents who made us feel instantly at home, and Catharina the breakfast chef (who Mirko organised for us) was a wonderful cook and a lovely person. The kids had a blast in the pool, and we really loved the outdoor kitchen . Highly recommend this place and hope to come back!
This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house in Castellammare del Golfo! The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and an infant. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A special mention goes to Mirko, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was amazing from start to finish, helping us book all our reservations and securing spots at some fantastic beach clubs. His local knowledge was invaluable, and his recommendations for other cities and attractions to visit were spot on. We got to explore so much more of the region thanks to his insights. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Sicily with the comfort and convenience of a great home base. We really enjoyed our stay. Mirko was a great host. He helped us with everything. Nice house. It was like having two separate apartments. Mirko and the family were very welcoming, warm and loving people. It was very easy access to them because they were there on the third floor. Although the location and the view were amazing, we had a hard time getting around town because of a lack of transportation. I highly recommend renting a car. If you want a serene vacation with a spectacular view in a beautiful place, with lovely hosts; this vacation home is for you .
Amazing villa in Castellammare! The villa was exactly as-pictured and truly an amazing space. Our host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, checking in to confirm we were doing well throughout our stay. We will certainly be booking this again for our next trip to Sicily!

Dario and his family’s villa was the ultimate vacation destination. The villa was even better than the photos and plenty of room for the three families present. The villa was also very family friendly and our two children had a great time. The outdoor bbq was great for cooking family dinners and the pool and outdoor showers were very clean and convenient. Many grocery stores and restaurants close by and the main town is a short drive or walk away. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

This is a beautiful villa!! We were 11 people and the accommodation were outstanding!!! The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner were amazing. This property was located in a prime spot for your everyday excursions. Close to San vito di capo, scopello etc.. I would STRONGLY recommend the property to family and friends!!!! GREAT PLACE!!!

We were 4 families that stayed at this location July 2023. It is beyond beautiful, extremely clean and organized. Dario and his family were great hosts, always responsive to our needs, they were friendly and welcoming. We were provided with everything we needed. Linens were spotless, towels were provided and washed. I will recommend this place to my friends and family travelling to Castellemare Del Golfo. This place it gorgeous, private, safe. I will definitely return!
Great location and stunning villa! Everything matched our expectations and beyond…the outdoor kitchen was just added and was a great surprise for us especially because we love cooking and experiencing local food. Book this now!!!!! This place was incredible, it went beyond all of expectations! The design, accommodations and amenities could not have been better!!!! We were a group of ten with some children, this place met all of our needs and then some!!!! The owners Dario, Carlo and Giovanna were so warm and friendly. They are now our La familia!!!!! The location is perfect, castellamare del golfo is beautiful! Easy access to markets, cafes, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacies and a great base to go exploring beaches, the reserva, and other local attractions. Do yourself a favor book this Gem!!!!!! Worth every penny!!!
