Rental agreement, Rules & Policies
IntoSicily intermediates holiday rentals between the homeowner and the holiday makers. The above mentioned properties are rented to tenants only for tourist need.
General
The property is rented as it is, totally furnished, in good conditions and with all household appliances functioning. In the same way the tenant has to leave it at the end of the contract and eventually report to intoSicily as soon possible in case of any kind of damage.
The tenant is legally and economically responsible for his/her guests whose too have to leave the property at the end of the contract. It is forbidden any kind of changes of the state of the property.
Properties with garden and/or pool may require regular maintenance during the tenant’s stay.
The security deposit has to be paid separately in cash on arrival (unless stated otherwise). The security deposit is returned at the moment of checkout (or within 7 days after the departure), except in case of serious damages to the property.
Prices & Services
Rental prices are listed on the advert. No booking fee is required when paying directly via the intoSicily website.
Unless stated otherwise, the price includes: a set of bed linen and bathroom towels for each guest, final cleaning, water, gas & electricity.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival and departure can be arranged accordingly to the times listed here:
Check-in: between 4PM and 10PM
Check-out: 10AM at the latest.
For late arrival (after 10PM) an additional cost might be requested.
In consultation with intoSicily arrival and departure times can be adjusted as much as possible to the tenant’s trip schedule.
Keyholder & Deposit
On the day of your arrival the keyholder will be expecting you at the address of the accommodation at a time agreed in advance. We make an appointment for you based on your arrival. Please be aware of possible delays and keep the keyholder informed about any change in your schedule. If you need to leave the property in the early morning, you can agree with the keyholder for a more suitable check-out time.
Payment

Cancellation
Please check the cancellation policy stated on the advert.
Where not specified, the following rule will be applied:
POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION :
- Remboursement de 100 % pour toute annulation jusqu'à 60 jours avant l'arrivée (le 60e jour est exclu).
- Remboursement de 0 % pour toute annulation dans les 60 jours précédant l'arrivée.
In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- Pas de pénalité si l'annulation est faite jusqu'à 61 jours avant l'arrivée.
- 100% du prix de la location si l'annulation est faite entre 60 jours et le jour d'arrivée ou en cas de non-présentation.
Complaints & Refunds
We always makes sure that our properties are well taken care of. However, sudden inconveniences might occur. In this case, please inform us or the keyholder as soon as possible. We should repair or find a suitable solution within 48 hours from the moment you inform us. If the problem persists or cannot be solved within 48 hours, we invite you to send us an email at the end of your stay. We will consider a refund for your inconvenience.
Please note that If you leave the property without informing us and without giving us the possibility to improve what you believe is wrong you will not be entitled to a refund.
