Everything was even better than we expected! The place is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lemon trees, mangoes, and even bananas. The pool was clean and lovely, with an incredible view of Mount Etna.

Giovanni was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful. When we asked if it was possible to move the baby’s cot to our room, he happily carried it there, even though that wasn’t where it was originally set up. Such a thoughtful gesture!

The other guys working in the beautiful garden were also great — we ended up sharing a few glasses of wine with them on a couple of evenings and had some really nice conversations. It made the whole stay feel warm, relaxed, and genuinely authentic.

Everything is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures, but what really makes this place special is the atmosphere and the authentic Sicilian vibe. We absolutely loved our stay.

We stayed for one week in Giovanni’s beautiful villa. We are a family of six, with two adult children and two children aged 12 and 13.
The large swimming pool was perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours of the day, and we spent a lot of time there. The spacious terrace with its outdoor kitchen was fantastic—we cooked many of our meals there. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace, so everyone could find their perfect spot.
The house itself suited us perfectly. Having three bathrooms meant there was never a queue in the mornings, and the air conditioning in every room ensured that everyone slept comfortably.
Giovanni was an exceptional host. Since we arrived late on our first evening, he kindly arranged pizza and drinks for us. He also let us taste both his white and red wines, and they were delicious! He even helped us figure out the motorway toll system ????. He truly is a super host! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Giulia was fantastic in answering questions and booking. Giovanni, the host is so lovely, he greeted us on the day of arrival. There is a lot of personal touches making our stay incredible. The guide for things to do was really helpful - where to eat locally etc. Giovanni helped us with taxi's to get to day excursions and he checked in with us if we needed anything. It is a beautiful villa, very peaceful with incredible gardens. The lemon trees and views of Mount Etna make the stay really special. I will not tire of those views. We had plenty of sleeping options and dining options. My nieces loved having the pool to swim in after a day of activities. You can really spend some relaxing days at the villa and switch off. We were recommended the local market and had some delicious fresh fruit and veg and seafood!! I highly recommend this location for a peaceful relaxing getaway. Giovanni, makes the stay really personal and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am sure we will visit again

Vi er en gruppe venner på 6 personer – 3 unge omkring de 30 år og 3 voksne i 60´erne. Det har været det perfekte sted for os.
Vi har boet i den skønneste Villa, som kun blev brugt når vi skulle sove. Livet blev levet på terrassen og i poolen. Beliggenheden er afsondret, men vejledningen vi fik virkede, så vi kom frem uden problemer.
Vi ankom sent, og derfor foreslog Giovanni at han kunne købe nogle pizzaer og noget vand til os så vi kunne få aftensmad når vi kom frem. Det var et dejligt tilbud. Herudover stod der en stor kurv med nyplukkede citroner til os, som vi brugte i løbet af ugen. i løbet at opholdet ringede Giovanni til os, og spurgte ind til vores behov for hjælp. Det var meget betryggende.
Alt i alt et skønt ophold, og vi overvejer at komme tilbage næste forår.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus und ein besonders freundlicher Gastgeber. Bei kühlem, regnerischem Wetter im März haben wir das Haus mit Ofen und Heizungen zum Glück problemlos warm bekommen.

We loved the tranquill location of the villa with its outstanding gardens amidst a lemon Grove. Wonderful pool and terrace. At the same time it was walking distance from the local town Riposto.
It was wonderful, very well equipped kitchens, lots of relaxing spaces and excellent host in Giovani who was incredibly helpful.

We stayed at the house with two families, four adults and six children. We enjoyed the fantastic view of Mount Etna and the sea from the terrace, and the kids were in the pool every day. We were able to have breakfast on the covered terrace every day. The outdoor kitchen and dishwasher were very practical. Giovanni, our host, treated us to wine and cookies – thank you so much for that! We're returning home feeling refreshed.

8 of us have just returned from our 12 night holiday at this beautiful Sicilian villa. The owner Giovanni was outstanding in his hosting. He brought us bottles of his own wine, home made biscuits and lemons grown in the lemon grove at the property. The villa, pool and grounds are absolutely stunning and there is so much space. A couple of things went wrong with the boilers but Giovanni and his plumber fixed them within hours. The villa was comfortable and the air conditioning helped to give us a refuge from the heat outside! I highly recommend this villa. A car is needed and we visited Taormina, Etna, Catania and several different beaches. We also went on an excellent Etna evening tour with the recommended guide Giuseppe Valastro which was brilliant! Thank you so much Giovanni for a wonderful holiday in your home.

It’s a charming and quirky house. Lots of history and you feel like you go back in time as you drive down the driveway. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lemon groves. Lots of care and attention is taken to the gardens and terrace/ pool area. House is great for big groups/families. The outside space on the terrace has everything you need. The interior of the house is like stepping back in time, from a decoration point of view and also the appliances in the kitchens (2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs). Whilst the kitchens had everything we needed it is a little tiresome using a 20/30year old gas oven to make toast on a morning….. Giovanni was wonderful, very attentive, responsive and brought us gifts to the house from the local area. Brilliant added touch!

This was a wonderful experience. Our host Giovanni was unbelievably helpful and friendly. This was his families home, and he showed great pride. He brought us his estate wines and lemons, and was available to answer any questions immediately.The Villa itself was gorgeous, well equipped, and spending time at the pool during the hot summer was a delight. We were a car ride from Taormina, Ortigia, and minutes away from the Riposto waterfront and it's excellent restaurants. A perfect place to be a tourist and still have some resort-like down time. Thank you Giovanni for being a five star host with a five star property.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Due Leoni! The property is beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the gardens, the pool and the patio with stunning views of Mt. Etna. The home was clean and perfect for our group of 9 - 6 adults and 3 children. The modern appliances and AC were great. Giovanni was so welcoming and accommodating at check in and throughout our stay. The location is great to explore Silicy from Noto to Siracusa/Ortigia, Catania and Taormina. There are great local restaurants and we enjoyed a visit to a local beach. Highly recommend this property!

We couldn’t be more glad to have stayed at Giovanni’s place, a stunning family home situated among the lemon grove. The space is stunning, a great spacious living area with generous double bedrooms with multiple kitchen spaces for cooking. We had a truly magical time here, enjoyed watching the swallows dipping in the pool as we sat in the sunshine eating our breakfast. The views of Etna were incredible and we were lucky enough to see a small eruption from the balcony! Giovanni couldn’t have been more kind, checking in on us and ensuring everything about the place was perfect. He even brought us some home made wine which was amazing. If we’re back in Sicily, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us Giovanni, we hope to be back soon!

Notre a expérience a été globalement exceptionnelle. Le lieu est singulier, romantique et bien placé. L’accueil est généreux et efficace. L’hospitalité et les conseils de Giovanni sont précieux. Nous y avons passé les 10 derniers jours de décembre en famille. Tout le monde était enchanté, on s’est même baigné plusieurs fois dans la piscine ! Une seule petite complexité : les 2 cuisines. On passe un peu de temps à aller chercher dans l’autre, ce qui manque dans l’une et vice versa. Question d’organisation et d’habitude ! Nous y retournerions, en été cette fois, avec joie !

Byliśmy grupą 11 osób, z dzieciakami i był to cudowny pobyt! Gospodarz Giovanni od początku otoczył nas opieką, zawsze odpisywał na wiadomości, poszedł nam na rękę w kwestii wcześniejszego zameldowania, był dostępny w przypadku każdego naszego pytania czy potrzeby. Zostaliśmy niesamowicie ugoszczeni. Dom jest piękny, bardzo klimatyczny, otoczony sadem owocowym, w którym kwitną cytryny, granaty i banany. Zewnętrzna kuchnia z widokiem na Etnę robi ogromne wrażenie. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, czysto i przytulnie. Basen zadbany i codziennie sprzątany. Wszędzie otaczali nas mili i wyrozumiali ludzie. Jestem bardzo wdzięczna, że trafiłam właśnie na ten obiekt!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I was staying in a castle. The pool was beautiful. After coming back from a day of sightseeing it was perfect to just jump in. You can pick your own herbs for cooking. The host was very communicative and helpful. It is centrally located between Taormina and Catania. Many restaurants to choose from and a short trip to the beach.

The house and especially the property were very beautiful, even better than we had imagined. Giovanni is a very kind and considerate host. He brought us little treats and gave us helpful tips about the surroundings and places to visit. We stayed there with a group of friends, but the Airbnb is also perfect for families. Riposto is an authentic Sicilian small town and a great starting point for further excursions. We had a wonderful time there and can highly recommend the accommodation. Thanks again!

Omg this house and the hospitality by the host was top notch. Our experience has become a memory for life, living in the middle of an ecological garden where lemontrees surround you is beyond our expectation. Imagine waking up in the middle of the garden of Eden. The localisation of the property is very strategic if you want to visit great beaches, Taormina and the surrounding cities. The host was one of a kind, making sure that our visit would not lack anything. We are allready planning our next visit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique propriété au milieu des citronniers! L'accueil était chaleureux et Giovanni était toujours disponible pour la moindre question. Le plus de cette villa : son extérieur, même fin octobre nous avons pu nous baigner tous les jours, la terrasse est couverte et nous a permis de vivre notre séjour en extérieur. Beautiful house among lemon trees and all kind of nature. Great terrace protected from sunlight with long wooden dining table, outside kitchen with another smaller dining table - great place to prepare dinner and have it straight away. AC in the bedrooms, so there was always option to cool off if necessary. 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (3 all together) in the house which allowed us to prepare huge feasts to serve between 8 of us. And the cherry on the top which is beautiful swimming pool, it looks like from Hockney's paintings, perfect place to spend days swimming playing pool games or just chilling in the water. Hosts were very communicative and helpful, Giovanni provided us with few bottles of wine on arrival for free. There is a warden living on the property (separate entrance), he was very helpful - he quickly resolved any issues/us not knowing how to do something in the house. House itself is huge with big lounge downstairs and bedrooms and terrace upstairs. Overall Highly recommend!

Once you find this beautiful villa you will be very pleased that you chose to stay there. You should arrange to meet with the very helpful owners to assist you however, as it is almost impossible to find independently. And don't be put off by the scruffy approach through the town up to the driveway - the villa itself is set in a little piece of paradise with lemon trees, beautiful gardens and the nicest pool we have ever had! There are beautiful views of Mount Etna from the terrace - which is where we spent most of our time. There is an outside kitchen which even has a dishwasher so you can literally be outside the whole time. A car is essential for shopping and restaurants. The owners were so helpful - always replying to texts immediately and being on hand to come and rescue us when we got lost late at night. We had a lovely stay.

Très bon séjour chez Maria Grazia & Pippo. La maison est très belle et le jardin absolument magnifique ! Nous sommes partis en famille à 9 avec des enfants et avons pu profiter pleinement de la maison et de la piscine. La vue est très belle, l'Etna d'un côté, le jardin de l'autre. Hôtes réactifs en cas de soucis ou questions. Les 3 vraies chambres sont confortables et disposent d'un balcon très agréable avec jolie vue sur le jardin. Les lits superposés sont eux dans un couloir traversant. La literie est très bonne. A savoir : le gardien vit dans la maison, ce que nous ne savions pas. Il est charmant mais je pense qu'il est important de préciser que du personnel vit dans la propriété et que d'autres personnes passent aussi quotidiennement. Mais en conclusion, la villa est très agréable et les hôtes aux petits soins. Nous avons même eu du vin de leurs propres vignes ! Grazzie !

It was a beautiful house to spend 6 days with out family. Its importavgift to have car so you can go on trips from the house. The outside kitchen and the pool was amazing! The only thing that can be better is if they had lite more instruments for the kitchen. Other wise a great house and garden!

Thank you for a great stay! The terrace and pool were amazing. As was the hospitality, with several kind free gifts, fresh vegetables from the farmer, nice organic white wine, plumbs and lemons. Herlig villa med vakker hage og basseng. Stemningsfullt og godt tilrettelagt uteareal. Kjempefordel at bassengområdet kan låses av, på tidspunkter det ikke er i bruk. Eksotisk beliggenhet på sitrongård med utsyn mot havet og mot Etna. Vi kommer igjen! :)

We had the most amazing time staying at this fantastic villa. Mr & Mrs Foti and family were warm, welcoming and kind, nothing was too much trouble. They even provided the most delicious home made wine and fresh fruit and vegetables. The pool was a real highlight and the villa itself was beautiful. Would definitely return.

What a beautiful place! We were two families with 5 children 8-14 years old, and it was just perfect all over. Really an oasis, very lush and extremely well kept gardens with lots of flowers, impressive lemon orchard and just so very tranquil. Impressive house as well with lots of history and rustic charm. Very comfortable! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and really wanted to make us feel at home. Lovely, clean pool and great views. We highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at the Due Leone house and would happily come back again. We were two families staying with five kids aged 2-7 y/o. We had no issues in this regard. The place felt very safe for kids. The pool, for example, can be locked. The location is good. Riposto - the nearby small town - has what you need in terms of groceries, food market, ice cream, etc. It’sa very short drive. Otherwise Mount Etna, Siracusa, Noto are all a distance that can be done as a daytrip. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a big lemon grove. The furniture and beds are not luxurious but were definitely acceptable. We didn’t miss anything. The hosts were so kind and responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

The house, the location and the whole atmosphere are a dream. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week and would have liked to stay longer. The house has so many beautiful corners that you can't choose where you would like to be :) The pool and the outdoor kitchen are an absolute highlight. We are already looking forward to coming back!

If you want to relax by the pool to the sound of running water, while enjoying the view of Mount Etna, in a wonderful and huge villa that caters for everything you can possibly need, with wonderful hosts Mr Foti and family who couldn't have been more helpful or kind or generous .... then this is the place for you! Wonderful location, safe and quiet and tranquil in the lemon groves, ideal location very near to the shops, sea front, harbour ....just lovely. Can heartily recommend booking to stay here, we will be back for sure.

The villa is excellent and in a great location for many places in the East coast of Sicily. Being surrounded by Lemon groves and beautiful gardens was also brilliant! The pool and outside area are fantastic and the whole place is very spacious. Communication was easy and very responsive. Would love to visit again in future!

Maison très agréable pour notre séjour estival, nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse, de sa piscine et du barbecue. Les chambres avec lits adultes sont grandes et climatisées. M & Mme Foti sont très attentifs à ce que le séjour se passe bien , nous ont donné de bons conseils de plages et ont gâté les enfants avec des gelatti alla fragola.

The owners of the house are very friendly, lovely and helpful people. Since the estate is a bit outside of Riposto, we met them in the city centre. Inspite of the fact that we were late, the check-in was without any problem. The house is big, we had a very comfortable stay (it was 6 of us plus 2 small children). The view of the Etna from the pool is faboulus. The beach is close, you need to have a car though. The owners regularily checked out if it is everything OK, it was very kind of them that they cared. I can recommend this apartment, altogether we spent there a lovely week.

When I saw the pictures of the Villa Due Leoni I had no idea it was not going to do this justice. Pippo & Maria Grazie met us in town to take us to the villa . We followed them though a narrow path leading up to this amazing villa hidden among the lemon orchards . The villa was spacious , clean , fully furnished with all the amenities. The pool was right out of a Roman bath with its running water pump keeping it clear and the sun giving it warmth . My 3 weeks here with family & friends was so much fun . This villa had 3 kitchens , the favorite was outside by the pool with a picturesque view of Mt Etna in one direction & the Mediterranean in the other. A few nights Pippo told us where to buy the coal for barbecuing ribs outside . Pippo & Maria Grazie were such great host . Pippo came with large bottles of wine from a local vineyard. It was really good ! Because of the large amount of friends Maria Grazie made sure we had enough towels & sheets . I was awoken in the morning with sounds of the roosters and the sun coming though the curtains . It was so peaceful I just wanted to get up and seize the day . Everyone who came was as amazed by the beauty as we were . Even the gardener Johnny came by with fresh eggs , zucchini, tomatoes & basil with made a wonderful caprise salad . We swam everyday, enjoyed sitting in all the quant areas throughout the yard . The saddest thing was the day we had to give back the keys knowing our stay at the Villa Leoni was over . If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with a view and large enough for a group of 12-14. Don’t pass up your stay here with Pippo & Maria Grazie Foti as the hostess with the mostess! Unique family-owned Lemon Orchard Farm opened to us with all its charming objects, painting, china and wonderful terrace with 360-degree view on beautiful garden, lemon trees, sea and the Etna volcano. Perfect for a relaxing winter vacation: we enjoyed the Sicilian sun during the day, the cozy fireplaces in late afternoon and tons of freshly squeezed lemon, orange and grapefruit juice all week long.
