Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit einem schönen Garten. Die halb überdachte Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war ein willkommenes Schattenplätzchen. Das kleine "Waschhaus" mit eigener Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Besonders toll war der eigene Zugang zum Strand durch die Gartenpforte, unter der viel befahrenen Straße hindurch! Es gibt einen eigenen, abschließbaren Parkplatz, was viel Wert ist, auch wenn das Einparken etwas schwierig ist. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen!

We had such a lovely holiday here. The beach nearby is actually nicer than the other beaches and much less crowded. We particularly liked the big terrace and garden. The owners and caretaker are all really friendly and nice. Mosquitoes are plentiful so bring repellent!

Great location two minutes walking distance from Spisone beach which is one of the quieter ones in Taormina. You can reach the beach directly from the back gate along a path. The house has everything you need inside to self cater if you desire to they even have a washing machine. The property has a stunning garden with lemon and orange trees which my boys were very impressed with. A lovely terrace to relax on in the evenings with lots of outside furniture. Other major bonus to this property is it has parking a gated driveway with room for two small cars, or one big car. You can reach Taormina from the back gate it takes approximately 30 mins but this way is rather overgrown and can be quite treacherous in places it has no hand rail and does have sheer drops in places you will need walking shoes if you attenpt it. Otherwise there is a bus stop right outside the property. The blue or red buses go to Taormina on the hour or 15 minutes past the hour. All in all a beautiful house with everything you need to be a home away from home.

Die Lage des Hauses und auch die Ausstattung sind großartig. Man gelangt direkt vom Garten (ohne eine Straße zu überqueren) zum Strand. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet- inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine. Nebenan befindet sich ein nettes Bistro und nach einem knappen Kilometer erreicht man die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch den Cable Car, mit dem man bequem ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Allerdings beginnt auch direkt neben dem Grundstück ein schmaler Fußweg hoch ins Zentrum….sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind der recht große Garten und die Terrasse. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Esperienza bellissima in una casa fantastica a due minuti dal mare! La casa e' dotata di tutte le comodita' per una vacanza fantastica. Si trova letteralmente a due minuti dal mare. Il custode della casa, Francesco, e' stato estremamente disponibile nell'accoglierci e nel dotarci di tutte le informazioni necessarie. Sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei se dovessi viaggiare di nuovo in gruppo (noi eravamo in 6).

De eigenaar van het huisje was zeer behulpzaam. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Het was geen probleem om in te checken om 2u ‘s nachts vanwege onze vlucht. Huisje was proper en vlak bij het strand. Ook Taormina was makkelijk bereikbaar via bus of kabelbaan.

We have just had a great week staying in Casa Spisone with our two teenages. Accomadation worked really well with their own seperate space downstairs. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Taromina, we attempted to walk up on our first day (40 mins in 35 degrees !!) and then decided to take the cable car up on our other trips (only 10 mins walk to the cable car) plus having access to the sea on the door step was perfect for a swim. The host was great and would resond to any enquiries we had during our stay, I would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Taromina.

Giulia’s place suited us perfectly. Four of us were away exploring for a birthday trip and the place was clean, tidy and had plenty of room for us to spread out and a lovely patio that we spent a lot of time chilling and eating on. Only small disappointment was with four of us and the lack of hot water for four showers at once, so if there are more of you, stagger your shower times! We had a great trip and this was a great place to base ourselves from ????????

Vi bodde fem vuxna och ett barn hos Giulia och det var underbart! Bortsett från att sängarna var ganska hårda var vi väldigt nöjda. Vi uppskattade mycket att ha närhet till havet ( 2 min promenad på bilfri väg) och att kunna vandra upp till Taormina via en promenadväg med trappor. Vi uppskattade också att bo nära havet istället för uppe i byn. Det var underbart att kunna plocka frukt i den mysiga trädgården som också är inhägnad och säker för barn. Vägen utanför är trafikerad men man vänjer sig vid ljudet och trädgården skapar en mysig oas. Värden var bra att ha att göra med och hjälpsam. Vi rekommenderar verkligen Casa Spisone vidare!

My mother, sister and I traveled to Sicily to discovery our roots. I have four great-grandparents buried in Milazzo, and I had never been to Sicily. We had a wonderful stay, and it was central to everything we wanted to do. Great location. Especially loved the Cherry Bar next door where I had my cafe and cornetta every morning early before beginning my day's adventures.

Ideale Unterkunft unweit von Taormina, Lebensmittel Läden und Restaurants. Attraktiv ist die Nähe zum Strand. Es sind wirklich nur 100m und dort findet man auch Gastronomie. Wir waren zu sechst dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Abends lädt die Terrasse, gesäumt von Zitronen- und Limetten Bäumen zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Alle Zimmer sind mit Air Condition ausgestattet. Der persönliche Check-in war sehr nett, Kommunikation mit Gulia jederzeit möglich.

We loved the gardens surrounding this simple house. The furnishings are minimal and everything is very clean. I think sone comfortable seating should be added to the living space. The walk to the beach is easy and accessible. The property is convenient to Taormina and the surrounding area. Private parking is an added bonus.

Giulia’s place was wonderful and exactly how we pictured. It was very easy to communicate with Giulia and the house was very clean and perfect for our stay. This is a great location for easy beach access but I would say make sure the cable car is running for your visit if you don’t rent a car. We had trouble getting to and from Taormina city center since the cable cars weren’t running. Thank you for a great stay!

Il soggiorno presso casa Spisone è stato molto gradevole. La villa è ben organizzata e suddivisa altrettanto bene negli spazi. L’unico inconveniente è il passaggio obbligato da una camera da letto per raggiungerne un’altra. Tutto era pulito, la cucina bene attrezzata, e completa degli elettrodomestici per un soggiorno più confortevole. La posizione è tranquilla, lontana da rumori fastidiosi, la spiaggia di ghiaia vicinissima con mare pulito. I proprietari gentili e puntuali. La funivia per andare a Taormina alta è vicina e molto comoda.

Stayed for a week. The location is fantastic. A short walk to Isolabella and all the buzz of the main tourist beaches, but hidden away in its own gardens and just seconds away from a quieter, more exclusive little beach which is great for sun-bathing and swimming. Small shops within easy walking distance provided everything we needed for lazy meals on the terrace, and the cable car down the road made every trip into Taormina town feel like an adventure. Paola was great, and responded quickly to every query. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in the beach house. Paola and her family we so friendly to us and and the communication wir them was always easy and effortless. The location of the house is excellent, in just to minutes you are on the beach and can go swimming. The house is very practical, if you have older children, so they can have their own privacy downstairs. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some necessitys like salt, pepper and cooking oil in the kitchen:)

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Spisone war wunderschön. Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub auf Sizilien als 7-köpfige Familie mit einem Kleinkind. Sehr schön fanden wir die Aufteilung der Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen mit zwei Terassen umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen. Unten gab es zwei Zimmer für 4 Personen und oben waren Küche, Essbereich und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer aufgestellt. Zu Abend aßen wir meistens auf der oberen größeren Terasse. Auf jeder Ebene gab es ein WC und eine Duschmöglichkeit, wobei die zweite Dusche im unteren Bereich leider in einer der Zimmer situiert war, was den Raum sehr feucht machte.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allen Geräten, die man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
Für zwei Autos gab es Platz zum Parken auf der Anlage.
Am ersten Tag begegneten wir Paola, der Schlüsselhalterin. Sie war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt. Sie gab uns gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und Empfehlungen für Restaurants in Taormina.
Ein großes Highlight für uns war der direkte Zugang von der Unterkunft zum Strand in zwei Minuten. Leider gab es viele private Anbieter am Strand für Liegen mit Schirmen, die relativ teuer waren. 2 Minuten am Strand entlang gab es dann aber auch Stellen, an denen man sich so hinlegen konnte, ohne etwas zu zahlen.
Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und sicher in der Unterkunft. Von hier aus unternahmen wir viele Ausflüge mit gemieteten Autos (Altstadt Taomina, Castelmola, Syrakus, von Milazzo mit der Fähre nach Vulcano und Lipari, Ätna Tour).
Wir können die Casa Spisone nur wärmstens empfehlen und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Casa bellissima, tranquilla è molto comoda per una famiglia! Paola è stata molto reattiva e simpatica ! L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Spisone, molto bella e poco affollata, è veramente un Punto forte soprattutto con bambini ! Grapperò lo stupendo soggiorno !

Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo war sehr angenehm von der Lage zum Strand hin( kleiner und sehr kurzer Privatweg vom unteren Garten ausgehend. Die Terrassen( auf 2 Ebenen) gaben die Möglichkeit je nach Sonnenstand zu wechseln. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Die Lage insgesamt, nahe zum Ortskern und zur Seilbahn betrug nur 10 Minuten Gehweg. Insgesamt kann man die FeWo mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen Der Preis war der Lage entsprechend, ebenfalls angemessen. Danke an den Gastgeber!

This Airbnb was perfect. I travelled with my partner and another couple friend so having two different floors with bedrooms was great. Honestly, the place is so large you could easily have 6-8 people without feeling crowded. The location was perfect, there is private access to to Spisone beach so for super chill days you just need to walk 1 minute down a private path to get to the beach which is not overly crowded. Location wise it's really well situated, easy to get to Isola Bella and drive to Taormina and other nearby cities. The garden is so lush and lovely. We enjoyed lots of fresh loquats from the tree! Communication should get 100000/5 stars. All in all, this was an amazing Airbnb and when we are in Taormina again we will definitely stay here.

Casa pulita, posizione ottima, giardino incantevole. Comodissimo l’accesso al mare tramite un cancellino sul retro della casa. Host gentilissimi e disponibili. Peccato per l’odore maleodorante la sera della gora adiacente alla casa, per il resto perfetta!

We are a friend group of seven people, and we really enjoyed the house. The father of the landlord welcomed us warmly and drove us to the next bigger supermarket for water-shopping. The only negative point: the pictures aren't that accuarate. Especially the kitchen is different than the pictures show. Thank you for service!

Il soggiorno in casa Spisone è stato molto piacevole e rilassante. La casa è piuttosto grande, ben organizzata e con un bellissimo spazio esterno. Fornisce tutti i comfort necessari e l’accesso alla spiaggia così diretto rende tutto molto più facile. La posizione non è centralissima, ma con i mezzi pubblici è possibile raggiungere con facilità il centro di Taormina ed eventualmente anche altre località. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, non possiamo far altro che ringraziare e augurare un buon proseguimento!

Für uns war das Haus wirklich toll! Es hat 2 Ebenen, wobei oben ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit der Küchenzeile und einer riesigen Terrasse umgeben mit Zitronenbäumen ist. Unten sind noch 2 Zimmer, ein WC und die Dusche. Nicht zu vergessen den Parkplatz. Der Strand ist ca. 3min entfernt da es einen Weg unterhalb der Straße gibt. Wir dürften alles im Haus benutzen, einen Griller inkl. Grillkohle gab es auch. Die Internetverbindung ist verlässlich und schnell -war für mich wichtig, da ich dort gearbeitet habe. Die Einrichtung ist voll in Ordnung, der Garten und die Lage sind der wichtigste Vorteil

Nice house, very close to the beach (the house's greatest feature), close to local bistro, beach bar and a wonderful beach hotel forgotten by time ('meditarinan', walk 3 minutes down the road and have breakfast there under the fig trees or access it from the beach). The house seems a little small for two couples though, however, we enjoyed it and its terrassse among the lemon trees)

I can only recommend a stay at beautiful Casa Spisone! It's perfect for a two-couple vacation, because of the two seperate units with each their own bathroom and toilet. The place is also suitable for a family. Both units have aircondition. Do not get scared off by the "room with no windows", it's perfectly fine and even if it had windows you wouldn't use them - as you're trying to keep the cold inside. We really enjoyed the terrace. It was easy to reach Taormina center with the cable cars (3 euro per person), but I will recommend ordering a taxi from the house to Taormina center which is only 15 euro in total (in rush hour 20 euro). We received the number for the taxi station from our first driver (+39094223000). Also remember to mention one of the restaurants close by, as it is hard for the driver to know where the address is located. The beach that the direct access leads to is ok (walk a bit to the left to avoid all the stones). I will recommend to go by car north where there's better beaches, we found a great spot at Lido Lime where the water was perfect and sunbeds were good priced (2 sunbeds with umbrella 15 euro all day, 10 euro half day), the food there is nothing special though. I also recommend paying visits to Alcantara riverpark (1.5 euro per person).

Il check-in con Paola e suo padre era preciso e accogliente. La casa era assolutamente bella con molte caratteristiche meravigliose. Il terrazzo era così bello e fantastico al mattino per sedersi e bere caffè e colazione. E la casa è così vicina al mare! Un soggiorno altamente raccomandato!
