We stayed here before and after our wedding, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. Cristina really went above and beyond for us and helped with every query we had. We were welcomed in person and received a hand written note with a cake - so lovely. The villa and the garden is gorgeous and everything was super fresh. AC is excellent, and the location is perfect with the beach only a few steps away (we had a rental car for trips to Scopello, Palermo etc). Would recommend Villa Perla and intoSicily to anyone, and we would love to come back! Warmest, Jenny and Josef with family

Cri was an amazing host and Villa Perla was absolutely perfect for our family.

The villa was spotless, with loads of towels, and the whole house was cleaned halfway through our stay with fresh linen and towels too, which was a lovely touch.

Cri had also left us coffee, wine and beers in the fridge, along with the most delicious fresh Sicilian lemon cake.

The outside area was gorgeous, a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor shower and loads of space for us all to relax.

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you Cri ❤️

Villa Perla is a truly special place. Peaceful, private, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk from the sea. The pool and gardens are fantastic, and the villa itself is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Scopello and the surrounding area.Cristina is an exceptional host. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa in gorgeous gardens with a lovely, good sized swimming pool. The sea view is wonderful from the upstairs balconies and it's right next to the beach (just be prepared for the steps!). We couldn't have wished for a warmer, more helpful and friendly host than Cristina, who left us treats and was so kind to help with recommendations for the local area and also for Palermo for our city trip. Villa Perla is modern and well appointed and perfect for a family stay. I can't recommend it enough.

Cristina was a fantastic host!! Her recommendations were amazing and it really made the stay fantastic. She was happy to help book places to go and was checking in with how we were getting on. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and very private with a short walk to the beach if you wanted to change it up. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of six adults had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The house is immaculate and perfectly located close to the beach. The stairs to the beach are easy and safe. The house is quite compact inside but has expansive outside options - this is where we spent our time. Everything you need is in the house and it is very clean and well organised. When we arrived we were greeted with a gift of amazing Sicilian cakes which made us feel welcome. Also there were drinks in the fridge (beer, wine aperol) fruit, plenty of water and all the cleaning stuff (dishwashing power, laundry liquid, soap, toilet paper, etc). I would call this exceptional Sicilian hospitality. In the area we visited Erice, the hot water springs, rented boat at Castelmare and went to san Vito (stopping at coves for a swim en route) beached at Castelmare & walked / swam Zingaro. We enjoyed scopello & Castelmare for eating out as well. In short both the house and the environment have much to offer.

både Christina og huset er fantastiske. beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Huset er hyggeligt, anvendeligt og rent. Alt fungerer, dog kunne køkkenet bruge lidt ekstra køkkenredskaber. Da vi ankom sent med sultne børn, havde Christina sørget for pizzaer, drikkelse og at vi havde morgenmad til den første dag. Det var rigtig dejligt. Under vores ophold kunne vi få gode forslag til seværdigheder og restauranter. Christina svarede med det samme når vi skrev til hende. En fantastisk rejse som vi ikke vil glemme.

We stayed at this property for 10 days. Initially we were a bit disappointed with the downstairs indoor area. The outdoor setup is fantastic but indoors is quite basic for the money paid. It would be easy to improve this situation with a decent couch (I really don’t like sofa coaches). Those are the negatives and all fairly minor. The positives are the outdoor areas, the fantastic location and the brilliant communication from Cristina. Do yourself a favour though - don’t bother with the Tonnaro Di Scopello, a complete tourist trap and a major let down. Rather head to Zingaro early and walk to the second beach from the South entrance and then swim at the first beach on the way back. I loved being able to cross the road and swim every morning and afternoon.

Wonderful stay as a family in a beautiful spot in Guidaloca, Villa Perla. We enjoyed the facilities very much and would highly recommend this jewel to any other interested party, as long as this would not get in conflict with a further stay in this marvellous place that we are strongly considering to conduct. Cristina is a wonderful host, always at hand and highly flexible with respect to any requirement we had.

We were a group of 6 adults and we had an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and flexible with both check in and check out, the house is well furnished and is on an amazing location, a few stairs from the beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped and we very much enjoyed the vast exterior including pool and barbecue nights. The kitchen is a bit small but it was manageable as we took turns to prepare meals. We had very nice recommendations (including a local book guide) of restaurants, visits, where to buy groceries etc. and we were also welcomed with gifts which proves how thoughtful the host is. I definetly recommend this house for a nice stay in Sicily!

We loved everything about our stay! The home is beautiful, even better than seen in the photos, and directly opposite the beach. Our host, Cristina, was excellent! She had placed wine, beer, and champagne in the fridge before our arrival, gave excellent local recommendations, and allowed us to use one of her other homes upon checkout as we had a later flight. I would highly recommend staying and we hope to return next year!

A fabulous property, very well built. Very private (no immediate neighbours). Great views directly out to the bay from the balcony. This is a fantastic villa with great family accommodation. The grounds and pool are as good as the photos and the shingle beach is a short walk or direct via 130 steps. The old village of Scopello is a short drive away with great restaurants. A car is needed to explore further afield. Christina our host was great throughout with fast communication and lots of help - even helping us with some shopping for our arrival.

Cristina som tog emot oss var en fantastisk värdinna för huset. Vi var 6st vuxna i sällskapet och alla hade höga förväntningar efter att ha läst beskrivningen men alla upplevde att både huset och läget till och med var bättre i verkligheten. Cristina hjälpte oss med restaurangbokningar och tips på utflyktsmål som vi hade stor glädje av. Stranden som låg 200m från huset nådde man via en trappa som hade 136st steg som gav bra träning efter all fantastisk mat vi åt. Stranden hade klappersten vilket vi uppskattade som inte gillar vanlig sand. Ta med snorkel och cyklop då det fanns fina ställen att utforska under ytan. Vi kan verkligheten rekommendera detta hus och vi hoppas komma tillbaks snart igen. Tack Sicilien för fantastiskt oktoberväder med blå himmel och +27 grader C en hel vecka och tack Cristina för all omsorg och service!

Vi har nydt vores ophold, huset er fantastisk og det er poolen og den korte tur til havet også. Vi var 5 voksne og 2 børn, som gjorde at vi havde meget tid i det skønne hus, vi manglede lidt i redskaber til køkkenet og næste dag blev de leveret til os. Det er helt sikkert et hus vi meget gerne vil tilbage til.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus! Vi hade en superbra vistelse och ingenting att klaga på. Boendet är väldigt fint och gården upplevs ännu större än på bilderna. Området där huset ligger finns det inte så mycket att göra (förutom en fin strand). Men det är nära till Scopello och Castellammare så om man har bil är det inget problem. Cristina var en utmärkt värd, gav bra tips och svarade snabbt när vi behövde råd.

This is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. The outside space in particular is very generous and comfortable, with lots of different areas to sit in and plenty of comfortable garden furniture. The house is lovely, the open plan living area is very nice although we spent all our time outside. The kitchen is small but well equipped and with excellent locals shops, cooking at home was a great option. Our host, Cristina, was really friendly and helpful. She gave us some excellent recommendations (also provided in the very useful guide left in the house) and booked us tables at her favourite restaurants which were excellent. She also left us complimentary drinks which was very welcome and always responded immediately. We absolutely loved being so close to the sea. The beach was busy during the day but it was lovely to be able to go for morning walks with nobody else there, or just pop along for a swim during the days at home and then head back to the house to relax.

Our family of 5 had an incredible time in Sicily with this villa playing a key role! Home is beautiful with private gate/ parking, sizable, fully landscaped yard and an amazing pool. The home is modern, well designed with a/c in every room. Located on the edge of Castellamare del Golfo, a few minute's drive from Scopello, 10 minutes from downtown Castellamare, 20 minutes from Trapani and less than one hour from Palermo. We rented a car (a must, in my opinion) and were able to easily navigate the lush countryside. Host was amazing- with tons of local suggestions and even went grocery shopping for us the day before our arrival. We will be reserving this villa again on our next trip to Sicily!

You know when you go somewhere and it looks even better than the pictures? That is Cristina’s Villa. It was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Cristina was full of local knowledge and able to provide us with lots of great information about the region. Would love to come back and would 100% recommend to others. We travelled with 3 young kids aged 3,5,7 and had a great time with the beach and pool. The pool is not fenced in, so care has to be taken with little kids who cannot swim. We had no issues with the stairs. My 80 yo father in law, who is admittedly in pretty good shape for his age, also had no issues getting around and did the stairs several times a day.

Julia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Der einzige Mangel war der wirklich störende Geruch in einem der Schlafzimmer - das soll aber wohl mit der Reparatur der Klimaanlage behoben werden. Ansonsten alles top!

Das Haus ist ganz neu renoviert. Das Haus, der Pool und der wunderschöne Garten sind topgepflegt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Direkt vor dem Grundstück befindet sich der schöne und gepflegte Kieselstrand. Einige sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung und sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und wirklich immer erreichbar. Wir können das Haus wirklich ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Lovely villa with absolutely gorgeous grounds. Cristina (the owner) is welcoming, responsive and kind. The interior of the house is a bit outdated and is definitely a little tight for 6 adults given there's only 1 indoor shower (we used the outdoor one to supplement!), but we made it work. We didn't come all the way to Sicily to spend time inside, anyways! Note that there isn't anything in walking distance besides the beach, so highly recommend guests rent a car in order grocery shop, dine out, etc. All in all, we had a fantastic 6 night stay!

A gorgeous house and location from which to explore Sicily. We have 3 kids aged 16, 14 and 12 and we all loved it. This was the perfect place for our initial 5 days of quarantine with a great pool. We were also then able to explore Sicily better with loads of places being a short car drive away

The house is situated in a splendid location, just 3 minutes walking to a gorgeous beach with Lido (ask for a special price for a full week) and a free area. You have stretches of sand and pebbles with rocks on the side which make it ideal for snorkeling. The beautiful garden of the house and the large pool are kept in perfect shape. You have maximum privacy as the property is closed and fenced from all sides. The house was spotlessly clean and comes with everything you need (dishwasher, grill, pots and pans,…). The aircon worked very well and ensured a good rest in the Sicilian summer heat. Wifi was reliable. We travelled with a toddler and were provided with everything needed (baby phone, high chair, crib, stroller,…). Cristina, the owner, helped us with many recommendations and tips and was constantly available. Our broken coffee machine got fixed in a day. You will need a car for groceries and restaurants. The beautiful village of Scopello is in 5 minutes driving distance. There is plenty to see close by with San Vito Lo Capo or the Temple of Segesta. Also Palermo is not far. Many thanks for 2 fantastic weeks!

We spent one week here, 2 families with 3 small children. The pool we called “Santa piscina” and my son spent 12 hours in there our first day! The house is spacious and outside areas are great.

Just be careful with the wind and umbrellas!

The location is right in front of the sea but it is high up, there are stairs in front of the house, but it is 140 steps down.

There are lidos right down the street and we’re nice.

One week was not enough time! Wish we could have stayed another week.

They will remodel the house next year so everything will be new for 2022 season and she said they will also put an outside kitchen. With that the house is PERFECT!

Great house and great location. The beach is about 5 minutes walking, and is a great beach. Fantastic for kids. Restaurants are also close. At night there is a fresh breeze that helps balance the hot days. The swimming pool is new and again great for the kids. Garden and house grounds well taken care off.

This place is a gem. The whole villa is amazing. The grounds are large and green and it's just a short walk down the stairs to the beach, we spent days laying in the sun on the lounges. The place was very clean with all new amenities. It's a great location to visit all the Western parts of Sicily (you do need to hire a car). We had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend. Cristina is also a great host with great local recommendations!
