Un séjour exceptionnel en Sicile ! L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique en bord de mer, avec une vue absolument incroyable. Se réveiller face à ce paysage et profiter de la mer à quelques pas est vraiment un privilège.

L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement adapté pour profiter pleinement du séjour. L'endroit est paisible, dépaysant et encore plus beau en réalité que sur les photos.

Un grand merci également à notre hôte, extrêmement sympathique, disponible et surtout très réactif. La communication a été simple et fluide du début à la fin, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour découvrir la Sicile, profiter de la mer et passer un séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Absolutely beautiful accomodation, the views were spectacular - the location was fantastic and the apartment clean and well furnished. Giulia was such a lovely host, really helpful and accomodating. Honestly we had the best stay and hope to return again someday.

As other reviewers mention, the deck is outstanding: one of the most beautiful views of the bay. Only about a dozen villas with private access to the beach. Snorkeling is nice, water very clear. A short walk down a private path to the beach area. Two small beach chairs provided. Bring your own beach towels, as none provided. Only one full restaurant and two pizza places within walking distance; one small market also walkable (about 15" walk). Otherwise, you will need a car to go to other nearby towns. Excellent seating and dining area on the deck, but no umbrella for the deck. Easy to park in private parking area (with a couple of sharp turns, easily negotiated). Otherwise, park across street in public parking for 5euros/day. Recommend additional blankets for beds in off-season.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren das Highlight, der Strand war einfach zu erreichen. Das empfohlene Restaurant in nächster Nähe ist jeden Cent wert. Auch die Eisdiele, die in ca. 20 Minuten Gehzeit zu erreichen ist, lohnt sich. Der Check in und Check out war problemlos. Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto haben. We had a good time. The terrace and the view are outstanding. Very friendly and quick communication. Direct access to the beach. As described in the other reviews, supermarket and restaurants are near by. A rental car is recommend. We consider to come back next year. Thank you!!

Amazing house! We had so much fun and the beach is super close to the house. The host had great suggestions for food, shops, and places to see! We loved the restaurant Can Caus absolutely amazing food 2 mins walking from the house. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The view obviously sells this flat. Good sized rooms, aircon and wi-fi. Hot water supply ilimited to a smallish tank, so allow gaps in between family showers. We had a few small problems during our stay, but the local host was REALLY responsive, and friendly. They also allowed an early check-in and late check-out. Steps down to the (stoney) beach, lead to a private gate. The beach does get really busy with locals at weekends.Bring mosquito repellent… You really need to hire a car to get around. Parking at the flat can be a challenge but there is a public car park directly opposite for 5 euros/day. Download the simple EasyPark app. DO visit Palermo, we went four times. It is fascinating city. Some incredibly ancient buildings of varying cultures and styles. There is a good/cheap train service and the station is only a 10 minute drive away. Bagheria and Porticello both worth a visit too. Can Caus restaurant is just yards from the flat and is a decent stanard but book early.

Stunning beach house in a magic spot. The views are genuinely next-level — you walk out and it’s just ocean. House was clean, stylish, and felt like a proper getaway. Host was lovely and made everything super easy. Stayed here with my parents and we all absolutely loved it. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Salvatore was an incredible host. He welcomed us to the home and kindly pointed out great places to eat and the best sites to see in the area. The house was wonderful, view spectacular. Position is perfect, just a short walk into the centre. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Smukkeste udsigt fra terrassen - som på foto. Skøn italiensk kaffemaskine. Lille landsby, så en bil er nødvendig. Det havde vi heldigvis. God lokal restaurant 50 m fra huset og én til 10 min kørsel væk. Ro og fred i lejligheden. Parkering er lidt omstændig, hvis der er andre lejere i ejendommen. Lille bil er godt.

Over the past 10 years, we've stayed in 50 Airbnb's. The view from Guilia's place tops my list for best view and best welcome basket. Sitting on the terrace was the highlight of our trip! The apartment was clean & comfortable. Walking on the beach below the house and kayaking in the clear water was such a treat! We had a nice dinner at Kantuccio in Santa Flavia, but our favorite lunch was at La Nassa Bar - Tabacchi next to the Sissa grocery store in Santa Flavia. The pasta carbonara and swordfish rollotini were so good we went twice! The location of Guilia's place is an easy drive to Monreale Cathedrale and the colorful town, Borgo Parrini. There is free parking in front of the house, just be aware the driveway is curved and very steep. There are four separate apartments in the house, so parking can be tight. We chose to park across the street at the top of the driveway in the public parking lot which is free in the off season. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend!

In der Tat die Lage. Der wundervolle Blick von der Terrasse über das Meer, die faszinierende Landschaft, der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant schräg gegenüber der Unterkunft und die Möglichkeit den Ortskern und den Hafen fußläufiger zu erreichen. Salvatore war ein sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung.

The villa is simply stunning. What an incredible view from the balcony. Very private and only a short walk down to a small secluded beach. The villa is exactly as described with attention to detail, we received a wonderful welcome pack, such a lovely personal touch. Communication with Giulia and Salvatore so easy and very responsive. We were able to organise a late check-in and took the option of the airport transfer. Salvatore picked us up and even gave us the opportunity to do some shopping in Palermo before heading out. There is a good grocery store within 15mins walk from the villa with everything you need and would recommend the Can Caus restaurant, just either get there early or make a booking, it’s popular. We found other good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Santa Flavia station is a 30 min walk from the villa with good connections. The town itself has numerous shops etc. If you are looking for a little bit of Sicilian paradise - Giulia’s villa is the place to visit.

The view was amazing and so peaceful. We did very little apart from local walks and visits to the local supermarket as the view was so beautiful we didn't want to leave it!! However there is a railway station locally and you can get to places quickly. Salvadore picked us up from the airport and as we didn't have a car stopped at a supermarket for us to buy food as we arrived at 6.30pm. On our return journey he stopped in Palermo and bought us a cannoli and coffee which was delightful. The bed was super comfy and we had some good nights sleep. There was also a welcome pack which included a bottle of wine was left for us. One of the most tranquil holidays we have ever had!!

Nos deux couples ont passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Giulia en ce mois d'octobre ensoleillé. Les deux chambres sont bien aménagées avec chacune leur salle de bains( La douche ne se trouve que dans une seule).C'est agréable de rester sur place à contempler la mer depuis la terrasse mais c'est aussi facile de rejoindre Palerme à une dizaine de km. Parking facile devant la maison. Silence absolu en ce mois d'octobre, certainement plus animé pendant les vacances d'été. Excellent accueil du propriétaire.

The view on the balcony makes this place worth it! Coffee in the morning, afternoon cocktails .. can’t beat it! The fishing town was cool. A couple great local and close restaurants. Walked to the lighthouse! Easy place to hang out. Hosts: delightful! We recommend highly!

Absolutely perfect flat with stunning views. A marvellous stair down to a lovely beach. Really cosy village with small restaurants. Very good place to go snorkelling in the surroundings.

The flat is clean and with perfect comfort. The hosts are incredible and did everything to make our stay the best.
We have travelled a lot and we rarely never want to visit the same place twice but our whole family was unanimous that we want to get back to this place.

Rymlig lägenhet med fenomenal utsikt. Stranden nedanför verkar inte vara regelbundet städad, en för enstaka kvällsdopp och lite snorkling är den perfekt. Vi valde hyrbil och åkte runt lite till de omkringliggande större stränderna. Utgångsläget är perfekt om man vill utforska öns stränder. Vi var på 6 olika stränder på lika många dagar. Där den som låg längst bort tog 54min medans den närmsta tog 13min med bil. Huset är obyggt för att skapa lägenheter och det är ganska lyhört men det var inget vi störde oss på då klientelet på hyresgästerna var bra. Och det tror beror nog på kraven de har vid bokning. Familj. 2 vuxna 3 barn (7år, 12år & 17år) fenomenal resturang 1 minut gångväg från dörren can caus. Så himla himla lyxigt god mat men prisvärd. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse.

We had an amazing week staying here! Salvatore and his wife were both so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. The terrace was beautiful with the most stunning views and the flat had everything you could need - including a washing machine and dishwasher. All in all, we had a 12/10 stay and hope to come back next year!

The location was absolutely stunning! The garden is beautiful, the terrace has an amazing view, the rooms were big and the air condition silent - but the best part is definitely the direct access to the beach. The upfront communication was easy as well as the check in and check out. Next to the flat are some restaurants and bars, the next supermarket is close and with the car one only need around 45 min to palermo. Overall a great stay - thank you!

Absolutely Breath taking views of the ocean and Capo Zafferano. The area is quiet which is what we wanted. The balcony made our trip, it is spacious with comfortable furniture which we made the most of. The apartment is spacious and clean, lovely smelling towels. The starter pack was efficient, shop is close by. Salvatore and Giuseppe were great host responded to any enquiry very quickly, they also recommended Bolina Boat Tour which was truly fabulous for a coastal cruise, the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. The property was perfect for our stay. We really loved the terrace and the sea and at night the stars. Salvatore who managed the property was really excellent, both friendly and super helpful! He made certain we had everything we needed, helped with finding restaurants and shops, and even with great recommendations for Palermo. Even the neighborhood felt like home, and the neighbors made extra efforts to help us with some little things like getting a power cord and retrieving some mail. 10 out of 10!

Fantastisk udsigt … skøn skøn terrasse - og behagelige møbler. Skøn privat strand lige for enden af haven - gåafstand til både indkøb , restauranter og lækre take away pizza. Hurtigt wifi - kæmpe TV i stuen - og tv i begge soveværelser. Giuseppe og Salvatore er utroligt søde og opmærksomme værter.

Unser Aufenthalt in Santa Flavia, Sizilien, war ein Traum! Die Lage etwas ausserhalb war es definitiv wert, denn der Balkon bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht und mit einem Mietwagen war die Entfernung zur Stadt auch nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für Ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Our recent Airbnb stay was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked into the lobby of the house, we knew we had found a true gem. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every nook and cranny exuded colorful Italian culture. The tasteful nautical decor created an inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the hosts had put their hearts into making this place a home away from home. The cleanliness was exceptional, leaving us with a sense of reassurance and peace. The amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to effortlessly prepare our favorite meals. The cozy patio with a wooden table and chairs overlooking the seashore was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic, nestled in a lovely neighborhood that offered a real taste of local life. We enjoyed the beach, which was accessible through the garden, as well as leisurely walks to nearby restaurants and stores.

Wir können die Unterkunft von Giulia absolut empfehlen ! Alles ist sehr sauber und die Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Am tollsten ist selbstverständlich die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick! Auch zu erwähnen: Zum Strand sind es lediglich ein paar Treppenstufen. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen!
