We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment. We arrived to a friendly welcome with lots of great local information and a bowl of fresh fruit and home made wine. The apartment was clean and ready for our stay, it had everything we needed and more. The apartment is up a steep hill - walkable 10 mins down and 15/20 up! The view from the terraces more than make up for the hill. We enjoyed the benefits of a late check out which was fantastic. All communication was clear and quick.If I was being picky it could do with some new tea towels, towels and a sharp knife.Final thing - the driveway to the apartment was very steep and manoeuvring in and out could be awkward depending on if cars were parked on the shared part of the drive - no issue bit something to bear in mind.Thank you for our fantastic stay.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Lejligheden var ren, hyggelig og levede helt op til beskrivelsen. Udsigten fra begge terrasser er ubeskrivelig.
Giuseppe og og Joona var gode venlige værter, og nemme at kommunikere med. Vi vil klart anbefale stedet, og kommer gerne igen.

Jano and Giuseppe were welcoming and caring hosts who did a great job of getting us settled in. The lovely juicy oranges, water and bottle of wine made us feel welcome. The apartment was clean. spacious and comfortable and provided everything we needed to be able to cater for ourselves. It was a nice place to rest with beautiful surrounding views. The mosquito blinds worked really well and kept us bite free for the whole time we were there, but meant we could still open up all the windows and doors to let some fresh air in. The location was convenient to be able to walk down to the bay, and the little seaside harbour town of Aci Trezza is lovely. It was also helpful to have our own off parking and gave us peace of mind for our hire car.

Unser Aufenthalt in Aci Trezza war perfekt! Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, total ordentlich und sauber, die beiden Terrassen haben wunderschöne Ausblicke geboten und luden auch nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Gegend nochmal zum Entspannen und zu einem Glas Wein ein.
Beim Check-In wurden wir von Giuseppe und Jano begrüßt und konnten sogar glücklicherweise dank den beiden auch eher einchecken. Von den beiden haben wir dann ganz viele Tipps für die Gegend bekommen, vom Bootsführer, der uns rüber zu den Zyklopeninsel fahren kann, bis zum besten Parkplatz für einen Taorminabesuch.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super, es sind nur 10 Gehminuten zum kleinen Kirchenvorplatz und Hafen von Aci Trezza, wo es alles gibt, was man sich wünschen kann, mehrere Restaurants und der ein oder andere gute Ort für ein Granita und Brioche am Morgen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Giuseppe and Jano are fantastic host, two friendly, and very lovely persons! The apartmant is beautiful and cozy, more than on the pictures! Well equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for making breakfast, or dinner. The bed is so comfortable with a view that you don't want to use the shader! Two huge and lovely terrace with stunning view! We had amazing days there, and definitely we we'll come back!! You can find a nice place to stay, but hosts like Giuseppe and Jano are rare fortune!

Giuseppe and Jano were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were great with communication and very accommodating with our arrival time. They were so welcoming and we were greeted with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and a delicious bottle of Janos’ homemade wine… one of the best we tasted!! The apartment is everything it looks like and more!! The views are unbelievable, especially from the rooftop! Having the patio and rooftop to ourselves was so lovely and we enjoyed many espressos and glasses of wine out there overlooking the water. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. It was a plus being just a short walk to the main restaurants and sea area as well! Mit Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Strand und 20 Minuten zurück. Der Balkon war gut beschattet, so dass wir immer draußen sitzen konnten und auch viel Platz hatten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Gastgeber sehr, sehr freundlich. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar ein leckeres Geschenk. Von dort konnten wir viele Besichtigungen unternehmen.

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in Aci Trezza verbracht. Die Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse plus zusätzlicher Dachterrasse ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat eine faszinierende Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns viele wertvolle Informationen zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben und waren jederzeit gut erreichbar. Der kleine authentische Ort mit seinen vielen guten Restaurants und den Bademöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Le logement de Giulia correspond parfaitement à la description. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement et la grande terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giuseppe et son frère qui nous ont expliqué tout ce que nous pouvions faire et voir aux alentours. Les cadeaux de bienvenue sont très appréciables. This condo was outstanding! Extremely clean with all the amenities. The patio and views of the sea were perfect for breakfasting and evening relaxing with a cocktail. The caretakers were readily available and able to meet any requests. Believe me when I say you cannot go wrong if you choose this place for your vacation in Sicily!

Super Wohnung. Frühstück auf der riesigen Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Von der Dachterrasse über der Wohnung einen noch besseren Blick auf die Zyklopen-Felsen! Sehr angenehme Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch die beiden Betreuer Jano und Giuseppe! Großes Schlafzimmer mit komplett verglaster Ecke mit toller Sicht. Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen eingestellt und sogar einige deutsche Bücher. Reichlich Infomaterial von der gesamten Umgebung. Ein wirklich angenehmer und beeindruckender Aufenthalt!!! These are the greatest hosts in the world. They were so calm and professional and the facilities are cleaner than my home. Immaculate! The kitchen is adequately provisioned. Shower and toilet …perfect. The terrace has views you can’t beat. There is even a bonus terrace above. Be prepared for a few stairs which are easily navigable (we are 70) convenient to markets too!I would have no problem staying again. Two difficulties It’s a little challenging to find but once you’ve got it figured out it’s easy. Also, during our stay the washer was in operative but that was fixable and they provided fresh towels to accommodate us. We even cooked in several times and really enjoyed the Siciliano still di vida.

My husband and I had an amazing time in Giulia’s apartment, which exceeded our expectations, pictures don’t do it justice. Lovely well maintained apartment, spotlessly clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pot, pans etc, salt & pepper. Very comfortable bed, air con in living room, but was fine with the bedroom door open. Large terrace and large rooftop terrace, with amazing views, lovely sunrises. Lots of local restaurants to choose from, a couple of small supermarkets to stock up. Giuseppe and Jano, were wonderful hosts, easily contactable, they lived in the bottom part of the house, not intrusive in any way. We were allowed to check into the apartment early, which we appreciated after an early morning flight, they both met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment, gave advice on places to visit and restaurants etc. We were given a bottle of wine and a large bowl of fruit, which was much appreciated. Steep walk uphill, unless you have a car.

L’alloggio si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo, ideale per chi desidera un po’ di pace anche nei mesi piú richiesti. L’accoglienza, la premura e la disponibilità di Giuseppe ci hanno meravigliosamente colpiti: la descrizione dell’immobile, la funzionalità delle utenze e l’attenzione (presente ma mai invadente) durante il nostro soggiorno sono stati impeccabili. L’appartamento si presenta pulito e molto accurato. Dall’incantevole terrazza si possono ammirare i Faraglioni di Aci Trezza e la Riviera dei Ciclopi. Porterò con me un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto!

Die eigentlichen Vermieter, Giszeppe und Jano, sind absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit, 24/7 erreichbar und gut aufgelegt. Die Kommunikation in englisch klappte gut. Eine absolut gastfreundschaftliche Geste war die Begrüßung mit Südfrüchten und Rotwein aus eigener Herstellung. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist (oder wir als solches erachten). Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen, alles einwandfrei und supersauber. Vom Topf bis zum Esslöffel ist alles ausreichend für zwei Personen vorhanden. Die Terrassen und der Ausblick über die Bucht von Capo Mulini bis zu den Zyklopeninseln "vor der Haustür" sind einfach nur fantastisch und haben uns zu längeren, für uns ungewöhnlichen, Aufenthalten im eigenen Haus veranlasst. Es gibt eine verschließbare Parkmöglichkeit für Pkw, wobei es mit einem SUV (den wir als Mietwagen hatten) etwas Kreativität und Mut beim Einparken erfordert. Den Pkw haben wir oft genutzt, Ausflüge nach Messina, Taormina, Agrigent, Noto und und und... SUPER!

Giuseppe and Jano made us welcome in person, and had provided bottled water, home made wine (unbelievably good) and the most delicious blood oranges and lemons from the garden. They could not do enough for us! The property would be hard to find but their directions meant we found it easily. A car is necessary for stays here but it is worth it - quiet and comfortable with amazing views from the patio and roof garden. Thank you both for letting us stay here!

We were a little hesitant to book a place in Sicily online. We came across this unit when searching Catania. The photos do not do it justice. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Jano and Giuseppe met us and made sure everything was explained. The fresh fruit and homemade wine were delightful and we enjoyed them very much. The view from the terrace is famtastic. Being able to cook in a fully equipped kitchen and do laundry helped keep expenses down. Great base of operations to see Syracuse, Taormina and Etna. You'll love it here.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very tidy and had a fantastic ocean view overlooking the town. Giuseppe and Emiliano were incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and took the time to show us around the area, giving us some of the best food spots that we would have missed otherwise. Can't recommend enough for a lovely stay near the Catania.

Die Unterkunft &das Anwesen waren sehr sauber & gepflegt. Guiseppe(wohnt im unteren Teil des Hauses) war sofort hilfsbereit & konnte zusammen mit Jano lokale Tipps geben. Ein Checkin nach 22:00 war problemlos möglich& wir wurden mit lokalen Früchten empfangen. Beide Terrassen gehören zu der Wohnung & dank des Sonnenschirmes konnte man gut auf der Terrasse verweilen & die tolle Aussicht genießen. Wir empfehlen eine Reise nach Sizilien außerhalb des Monats Juli und August, da wir teilweise bis zu 47° hatten. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnbereich & kühlt das Schlafzimmer leider nicht ab (es steht ein kleiner Ventilator bereit) Die Ortschaft Aci trezza liegt ca.25 min von Catania entfernt & bietet einige Restaurants. Ein Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es ist zu empfehlen sich ein kleines Auto (wegen der Einfahrt) zu mieten,um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Wifi war super & reichte auch zum Arbeiten auf der unteren Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir waren im Juni 2023 hier. Die Wohnung ist super schön genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Giuseppe und Jano sind super nett. Für den Aufenthalt in Aci Trezza ist ein Mietwagen unverzichtbar da die Wohnung etwas oberhalb liegt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weiter entfernt sind.An den Fahrstil der Sizilianer muss man sich allerdings erst gewöhnen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen

We have stayed in a lot of apartments in Italy - this is a beautiful apartment, excellently positioned only 30 mins from the airport. The village is in walking distance which has a range of restaurants and local shops. A nearby railway station )15 mins drive) allows easy access to local towns. The terrace is the perfect place to unwind and in an evening the ‘top terrace’ gets the sun till it sets. Guiseppe was very accommodating re: check in as we arrived early. A very friendly and charming host. It was great to know he was close at hand if we needed him. The apartment has everything you need including air con. Everything in the apartment is of the highest standard. We simply cannot fault any aspect of the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return to explore more of Sicily.

Alles war einfach wunderbar. Das check in war reibungslos, wir wurden sehr herzlich mit frischen Obst, Wein und Blumen (zum Weltfrauentag) begrüßt. Das Appartement ist wunderschön. Die Terrasse ist sonnig, das Bett bequem, man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und die Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet, was man so brauch. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch der kleine Parkplatz direkt am Appartement. Der Ort Aci Trezza ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Hier gibt es wirklich tolle Restaurants, nette Kaffees und das Meer =) sehr authentisch italienisch und gar nicht so sehr touristisch (zumindest im März). Die Wohnung ist praktisch gelesen um die ganze Ostküste zu erkunden. Ein großes Highlight für uns waren auch die 4 kleinen Katzenkinder die sehr zutraulich sind. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können es bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Contact with owners was easy and meeting up to obtain keys, etc was spot on as Giuseppe lives below. Both hosts were delightful and the accommodation was immaculate and exactly as described on Web. A welcome gift of a bowl of fruit and Jano' s excellent homemade Red wine was a surprise. Everything necessary was provided and we really enjoyed our stay, enabling us to explore the local area and further afield in Sicily. Acitrezza is a busy area at this time of summer but this added to the enjoyment as all the eateries were buzzing. Everywhere we went, we were made most welcome and the food superb. The apartment is situated on a hillside, up a narrow winding road, above the main coast road making access a little challenging, with parked cars and traffic. The property is behind electronic gates and parking is behind a further set of gates only suitable for a small car. Overall, our experience with the apartment was above reproach and we had a wonderful time there

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Modern und bis ins Datail liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was der Mensch so braucht. Irre Aussicht!Was aber das besondere ist, ist der Empfang durch Guiseppe, der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, und uns sogar noch ein sizilianisches Frühstück zum Abschied brachte. Danke! Empfehlung an alle! Wir waren aber sehr froh, dass wir mit dem Auto da waren, da es vom Ort aus ganz schön nach oben geht. Das Auto kann man kostenlos im abgeschlossenen Hof parken. The accomodation was superb, well equipped. We found all what we needed. Kitchen and bathroom had all neccesary things (such as enough glasses, spoons coffee machine etc.). As we landed at midnight, we very happy that very late check-in was possible. Even we got as a welcoming present bottle of Sicilian wine and bowl of fruits. Higher impression from accomodation we had when we firstly stayed on terrace. We had fantastic evenings with beautyful sea view from both terraces. View from sleeping room was also marvelous. Corner window allows to see the sunrise and sea directly from bed. Small stone beach and local grocery shops were 20 min by walk from house. We reccomend to rent a car (small one is possible to park next to house) and disover Sicilian towns such as Taormina and Syrakusy.

Accueil de Giuseppe et Jano génial pour notre arrivée très tardive! L’appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur le site( déco de très bon goût, sensation d’espace, équipements de qualité en particulier la literie). Il faut se forcer pour partir visiter! Merci pour le vin et les fruits à l’arrivée! On a apprécié et merci pour l’aloe vera qui nous rappellera la déco extérieure de la maison. L’accès aux restaurants d’Aci Trezza est facile à pied et la possibilité de garer la voiture un atout. Super séjour, on recommande sans restriction.

Alles war geeignet für ein paar phantastische Tage in diesem Teil Siziliens. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich engagiert und zuvorkommend, es gab Wein und Orangen zum Empfang und sogar ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk - alles prima.

Wir haben zu zweit einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt vom 1. Januar bis zum 8. Januar in dem sehr gepflegten und exzellent ausgestatteten Apartment verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir äußerst herzlich begrüßt und in die Nutzung eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, sogar eine Flasche selbst gemachten Weines wurde uns zum Geschenk gemacht. Für einen Winteraufenthalt ist die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet, da sie zum einen beheizt ist, zum anderen aber auch mit dem wunderbaren Blick punktet. Selbst im Januar konnten wir auf der Terrasse herrlich im T-Shirt in der Sonne sitzen. Herrlich ist die Lage in der Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich schön gelegen mit einem wunderbar weiten Blick auf das Meer vor den Zyklopeninseln. Morgens bis abends (im Winter bis circa 16:00 Uhr) scheint die Sonne direkt auf die Terrasse(n). Diese kann man mit dem bereitgestellten Mobiliar (Liegestühle, Hollywoodschaukel, Sitzgruppe) auch hervorragend nutzen. Man ist super schnell unten in den Fischerdörfern rund um Ali Trezza. Dort gibt es hervorragende Restaurants, die nicht nur Fisch und Meeresfrüchte servieren, sondern auch alle anderen italienischen Köstlichkeiten. Aber auch einfachere Pizzerien und Bars sind dort in sehr guter Qualität zu finden. Auch die Nähe zu Catania ist fantastisch, dort kann man sehr viele kulturelle Schätze der Insel bewundern, aber auch hervorragend essen und ausgehen.

Warm reception from the owners with a bottle of their own wine on arrival and a parting gift as we left. Very clean and spacious apartment with everything you could need. A short walk to the lovely town of Acitrezza which takes a little longer on the way back. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay,

After we landed in Catania, we took the bus to Aci Trezza (40') where Sebastiano was waiting for us. When we arrived to the apartment up the hill, his brother Giuseppe was waiting with fresh drinks and fruits. There was a bottle of homemade wine of Sebastiano's wine yard, which was absolutely delicious. The apartment was located very close to the center of Aci Trezza (8 minute walk) and had everything we needed. The look from the terras over the 'isole dei ciclopi' was amazing. The host was very helpful. Besides recommending good restaurants, he drove us to several beautiful places on the island (Taormina, Etna,...) and even arranged a private boat tour on his yacht. Thanks to the host, this was one of our best 'chill' vacations of all time.

Die FeWo ist exakt wie auf den Bildern: ein Traum. Die Vermieter Jano und Guiseppe sind unglaublich höflich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns den gesamten Aufenthalt über wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll, es ist alles vorhanden. Von den Standard-Küchenutensilien bis zur Waschmaschine. Einzig einen Sparschäler und Wasserkocher haben wir vermisst. Aber wir haben die Kaffemaschine einfach ohne Kaffee durchlaufen lassen, so hatten wir heißes Wasser für unseren Tee :-) Die Lage ist für die Ostküste sehr günstig, da man sowohl an Taormina/Messina als auch Syrakus angebunden ist. Zudem ist Catania auch nicht weit weg. Alles andere wie Agrigent oder Palermo ist dann mit dem Auto nur über mehstündige Fahrten erreichbar. Wir werden die Insel vermutlich nochmals besuchen. Allen viel Spaß und ihr könnt mit der FeWo nix falsch machen!

Fantastic apartment with a wonderful view. We worked remotely from here for a week so can confirm the WiFi is good and extended to the balcony. The hosts Sebastiano and Giovanni were very welcoming, with a bottle of their own wine and fresh fruit gifted to us upon arrival. A lovely and safe apartment to rent, located in a small peaceful town on the sea.
