How can I book online? Tick on the calendar 1 or more weeks of your interests then choose the number of guests, dont count children younger than 5 years old. The page will refresh automatically. Then click on the orange button ’book now’ and fill in the reservation booking form. Accommodations are usually rent from Saturday to Saturday. In low season we can make exceptions. For example you can also rent 6 or 10 nights and pay accordingly. After receiving your booking request we will answer you, within 1 business day, if we can confirm your reservation request. You will then receive also the booking confirmation with the payment details, the key holder’s contact and the address of the accommodation with the possibility to print directions. When can I book by phone? You can book by phone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:30 at number 0031-6-81489077. Prices and services The prices listed in the price table on the accommodation’s page are per week. There is no booking fee to pay. Unless stated otherwise on the property detail page the price includes: a set of bed linen and towels for each guest, final cleaning, baby cot and air conditioning. Discount For a 3 weeks or longer stay we apply a discount of minimum 10% on the total rent cost for the entire stay. For a 2 weeks stay there may also be a discount. When your book online a discount is automatically applied. Of course you can also ask us for it. For a stay longer than one week but shorter than two weeks you will pay accordingly. For example, a 10 nights stay will costs 10 / 7 (= 1.43) times the weekly price. Arrival & Departure Arrival and departure can be arranged accordingly to the times listed here: - Check in: between 4PM and 11PM - Check Out: 10AM at the latest. In consultation with intoSicily the times can be adjusted as much as possible to your trip schedule. Key-holder and deposit On the day of your arrival the key-holder will be expecting you at the address of the accommodation at a time agreed in advance. We make an appointment for you based on your arrival in Sicily. Please be aware of possible delays and keep the key-holder informed about any delay or change in your schedule. If you have a very early departure flight and you need to leave the house in the early morning the key-holder might choose to return the deposit the night before your departure. You can agree on this on the day of arrival. Payment After the confirmation of your booking request you will be asked for a deposit of 40% (100% if you book later than 9 weeks before departure). You can pay online by credit card (no extra charge) or by bank transfer. Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation after the conclusion of the agreement, the following rules be observed: - for a cancellation up to 8 days after the agreement you will pay 0% of the total rent; - for a cancellation up to 150 days before the start of the rental period you will pay 20% of the total rent; - for a cancellation up to 110 days before the start of the rental period you will pay 40% of the total rent; - for a cancellation up to 56 days before the start of the rental period you will pay 50% of the total rent; - for a cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period you will pay 80% of the total rent; - if you cancel the holiday in the last 14 days before the start of the rental period or after the commencement of the rental period you will pay 100% of the total rent.
