With the possibility of organising a cook, you might find that you will never stray very far from home, even though its proximity to the stunning baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto and Ragusa Ibla make it an excellent base for a cultural exploration of this UNESCO World Heritage area. Two white sand beaches distance only 500 meters. After passing through the gate, the first view of the villa is of green lawns and the turquoise sea. It is possible to see as far as Marzamemi. This fisherman’s village boasts restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce. North of Marzamemi is the stunning coastal reserve of 'Vendicari', great for walks and swimming.

The living areas and bedrooms of Villa Torrefano are all on one floor. Villa Torrefano consists of 6 bedrooms, of which four have sea view, a very large living area with fireplace, sofa, TV, DVD and three dining tables, a basic, spacious kitchen, and three bathrooms of which two have a tub. Outside there is a terrace with seating, deckchairs and a barbeque. The concierge can serve meals on request. Because of the presence of a fireplace (and the possibility to add heaters), and the very sunny climate in the southeast of Sicily, the house offers a pleasant stay also in winter.
