The villa is situated on a hill that marks the beginning of nature reserve Madonie. Cefalù is famous for its magnificent Arab-Norman cathedral and beautiful fishing harbour. The recently renovated villa is surrounded by Oak woods and citrus & olive groves. Villa Gianmaria distances 45 minutes from Palermo (65 km) and 10 minutes from Cefalù (5 km) and its magnificent beaches and architectural beauties, and twenty minutes from Golf Club “Le Madonie” (16 km). The provincial road SS54 goes up the hill by hairpin curves in the direction of the Madonie Park and leads to the Villa.

A quiet narrow, rural acces road brings you from the road SS54 to the property. Nearby the villa is a bed & breakfast. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and TV, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), and a spacious living room with open kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has a huge fireplace, a flatscreen-TV and DVD corner with two comfortable sofas, and a dining area with a black marble table. The panoramic terrace of the pool is equipped with gazebo and deck chairs. Outside is a changing room with bathroom and shower and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a wood oven and a marble table.

Because of the presence of heating, fireplace and jacuzzi, the villa offers a pleasant stay also during the winter. In the area are some beautiful and authentic mountain villages like Castelbuono, Gratteri, Isnello and Petralia.
