Description
This is a spacious, well-furnished house with a terrace at the sea. From the terrace you can admire a sweeping view over the bay of the small fishing village called Santa Tecla, its main square and the sea. Next to the house there is a path which gives direct acces to a platform on the shores of lava rock. Casa Lorenzo is located on the Lemon Riviera', the coast between Catania and Taormina, so-called due to the infinite number of lemon groves found at the foot of the volcano Etna. In summer Santa Tecla is a seaside destination for the islanders who enjoy the pebbled beach that distances only 400 metres from the house. When you plunge into the sea in front of the house, it feels as though you are diving straight into a salt-water pool with shores of lava rock.
The property itself consists of three double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, shower, bidet and toilet, a living room with a widescreen TV and a sofa, and a spacious kitchen with oven and dining table. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the bay of Santa Tecla and is ideal for outdoor eating, and aperitifs as you watch the sun setting over the village and the sea below. From the roof terrace you can admire a wide view on the volcano Etna.
