This is a tastefully furnished house with a garden and a panoramic roof terrace situated right on the seafront at Marzamemi, which is an ancient fishing village in the extreme southeast of Sicily. From the house’s roof terrace, there is an incredible view of the village, its small port and the vividly painted boats. The beach is in front of the house, but it is better not to swim in between of the boats. Bathers can go to a beautiful beach that distances less then 150 meters from the house. The tradition of all things marine is still very much alive in Marzamemi today. Only recently has it become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village boasts many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.

The house consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, another bathroom and a kitchen. The garden has a covered terrace with a set of table and chairs. A wall that surrounds the garden and the house guarantees privacy and gives children the possibility to play without worries. There is airconditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. All the rooms have a fan on the roof. The view from the house’s roof terrace, the contrasting palm- and olive trees, the presence of restaurants a few steps away and its location directly at the sea make Casa Bianca a very nice holiday home. The house is located in the main street of Marzamemi where the Sicilians on Saturday (and in summer every day) enjoy their evening walk.
