This house is situated between Catania and Taormina and between Mount Etna and the sea. The garden has been transformed in a real paradise with high palm trees, perfect lawns and a orchard with all kind of fruit trees. From the orchard you can admire a sweeping view over the ‘Lemon Riviera’, the coast between Catania and Taormina, so-called due to an infinite number of lemon groves found at the foot of the volcano. The window of the living room offers a spectacular view of Mount Etna. The wonderful pool is open all year round. The owner of the property and his family live on the same land, but their property is a bit separated by a row of thick palm trees and some bushes. They don't use the pool when there are guests.

The property consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet), two double rooms and a single room. The living area leads out onto the sunshade terrace that is equipped with table, chairs and a barbeque. The swimming pool is situated just next to the terrace and is surrounded by splendid palm trees and is equipped with good quality deckchairs.
