A Liberty-style villa surrounded by a park of one hectare and a half and just 200 meters from the square and the marina of Stazzo. Stazzo is a village that thrives on fishing during low season and local tourism during high season in summer. There are two marinas and a couple of restaurants. In the nearby villages of Santa Tecla and Santa Maria La Scala, there are excellent seafood restaurants. Taormina and Giardini Naxos are about 25 km further away.

The castle-shaped villa was built in the late nineteenth century and used as a base for hunting. The present owners, a elderly couple, are the descendants and live on the ground floor. The rest of the castle is available for guests and has an independent entrance. The first floor consists of a large living room with access to a large terrace with sea views, a double bedroom with views of Mount Etna, a large double bedroom with two armchairs, a desk and access to the terrace. On this floor there are also two bathrooms (one with bath), the kitchen with dishwasher and a third bedroom with bunk bed. The second floor is the floor with the turrets. The turrets offer a romantic and charming stay with great sea view and view of Mount Etna, at night you can even enjoy an illuminated 360 degrees landscape. The north tower has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and bidet). The single room in the south tower is reached via a spiral staircase. This room has no bathroom. The two towers can be reached only from the outside, from the terrace. The terrace is equipped with various seating areas and offers a 360 degree view on Taormina, Mount Etna, the church of Stazzo and the park of the property. This terrace is a truly unique place. Both the park and the swimming pool are shared with the owners. The park is well tended with commitment by the owner that, among other things, grew the green to the first and second floor so that the terraces are given a green roof that provides beautiful and desired shade. The pool measures 15 x 7 meters and is open from early April until late October. The park also include a lawn with a swing, a lemon orchard, bougainvillea, roses, palm trees and a wonderful pine. The presence of radiators on the first floor also offers a pleasant stay in low season. During this period it is recommended a group of max. 5 people since the towers do not have heating.
