Description
Casa delle Palme is located on a truly unique location at a small beach with three thick palm trees. Guests have access to the beach directly from the terrace of the house. When you plunge into the sea in front of the house, it feels as though you are diving straight into your own private salt-water pool. This property lies just across the water from Africa, in the extreme southeast of Sicily. Close to the house is a marina and 700 meters further lies picturesque Marzamemi, setting of several Italian movies. Marzamemi is an ancient fishing village with a small port and vividly painted boats and a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of the village that boasts many good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.
Casa delle Palme consists of two double rooms, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet and a bright living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa. Thanks to two large windows the sea is strongly present in the house. The covered terrace includes beach chairs and garden furniture and is ideal for outdoor eating, and aperitifs after a day at the beach.
Casa delle Palme is a perfect holiday retreat thanks to the views, a beautiful village on walking distance and its Caribbean setting.
