An apartment with stunning views and a spectacular roof terrace, situated on the promenade of Capo Mulini, a small fishing village halfway Catania and Acireale and close to Mount Etna. Casa Lachea is on the third and upper floor of the highest building of the village (without elevator). Capo Mulini is a tiny village but on its promenade are more then 10 fish restaurants where the locals of the nearby cities come to have a romantic diner on the waterfront. Capo Mulini furthermore consists of a beach, vividly painted boats, a church and remains of a Roman settlement. From the balcony of the house you can admire a sweeping view over the bay, the island Lachea, the next town Aci Trezza and the sea as far as the province of Syracuse. There is a pebbled beach, but guests can also go to the lido, a beach club with swimming pool that is in use from the 1st June to half September. Beach and lido distance about 200 meters of the house. The entrance costs as well as a parking place are included in the rental. Near Capo Mulini are the volcano Etna, the baroque town Acireale, the picturesque fishing village Santa Maria La Scala and the city Catania with its beautiful squares, main street Via Etnea and must see fish market.
Casa Lachea consists of a double bedroom with sea view, a small bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, and a living room with sea view, satellite TV, dining table, sofa bed and kitchen. On the backside is a closed balcony with view on the volcano Etna. Comfortable chairs lead to the roof terrace that is ideal for outdoor eating, and aperitifs as you watch the sun setting over the village and the sea below. The roof terrace is provided with deckchairs, seating, beach umbrella and barbecue.
