A spacious apartment in a beautiful holiday residence with pool, a very short drive from the sea. The beautifully tended gardens of the holiday residence have several areas, which remain cool and shaded throughout the day. The residence is full of palm trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The residence consists of only three villas of which one has been subdivided in two apartments. Casa Altavilla is the apartment on the ground floor. The pool is in use from the 3rd April to 31 October. From the terrace of the pool there is a wide view on the coast. The residence distance 2 km from a nice beach called “Ombelico di Venere”. On the coast to Palermo (25 km) there are many beaches and fisherman’s villages with restaurants, like Porticello (12 km). Casa Altavilla is in a central location for short hops to Palermo, Cefalω, Monreale, the villas of Bagheria, the Madonie Mountains and the archaeological sites of Segesta and Solunto.

The owners of the other houses usually stay in the residence in July and August. Therefore the pool will feel pretty much as private during the other months. The size of the apartment is about 120 m2. The rooms have air-conditioning. The house consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) a very big living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table and an open kitchen. There are two comfortable single beds in the living room that can be transformed in a double bed. The beds are partially separated from the rest of the living room by a separι.
