This property consists of 3 hectares, with botanical garden, vineyard and swimming pool and is located at Mascalucia on the southern slopes of Mount Etna, not far from the old town centre with ancient churches. Mascalucia lays northern of Catania, few kilometers from the active crater of mount Etna.The owner transformed the property into a peaceful paradise, a park with the most beautiful Mediterranean plants and flowers. In the park there are the holiday homes, all distancing 70m from the swimming pool (open from 1 of April until 31 of October).

The houses Stalla, Orazio and Palmento are part of the main building, together with the dining room, the wine cellar and the private house of the owner, Mr Bonajuto. The houses Castagno, Settanta, Mandorli and Blu are scattered in the park. The texts, pictures and prices on this page concern the bigger houses (Stalla, Settanta and Castagno). These houses are suitable for a family of max 5 persons (including baby cot) and consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a little kitchen and a terrace with outdoor furniture. There is no separate living room.
