A quiet narrow, rural acces road brings you from the road SS54 to the property. Casali Giovanni used to be a bed & breakfast and has been transformed in a self catering holiday accommodation. It consists of 4 double bedrooms (1 bedroom is in the dependance), 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a gazebo and a dependance. All rooms are on the ground floor and have their own entrance. Only 2 bedrooms are connected. The kitchen (with dishwasher) can only be reached from outside. In front of the rooms is the bright gazebo, which is used as a living room.
