Casa Sant'Elia is a stunning house in a fabulous position right on the waterfront. From the balcony and from the roofterrace there are stunning views of the sea and the bay of Capo Zafferano. The beach is right below the house. Palermo distances only 20 km. It would be difficult to ask for a more delightful setting. Sant'Elia is perfect for relaxing holidays, but also a perfect base from which to explore the province of Palermo. The house is located at the beach and another white sand beach with facilities distance only 300 meters. The village Sant'Elia distance 700 meters. Also Porticello is nearby. Thess fisherman’s villages boasts restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce.

The living area and the bedrooms of Casa Sant'Elia are all on one floor. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which one has sea view, another one has sea view from its balcony and the third one has an en-suite bathroom, with shower, bidet and toilet. The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom that has also a tub. The living area (with satellite-TV, Playstation, DVD and internet connection) has large sea view, a fireplace, air-conditioning, bar, sofa, and a dining table and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (also dishwasher). The shaded balcony has a seating and deckchairs. The wide roofterrace has seating, deckchairs and a barbeque. The view over the bay is fantastic. A staircase leads directly from the house to the beach. There is a private parking place.

Because of the presence of a fireplace and central heating, the very sunny climate in Sicily and the short distance to the interesting city of Palermo, this house offers a pleasant stay also during in low season. There is an internet connection available between 21 PM and 7 AM and in the weekend the whole day.
